Let’s not forget that the Republican-controlled House approved 5.7 billion back in December, and the Longest Shutdown began because Beloved Leader rejected it.

Nothing but fake leadership and trickle-down incompetence from the Oval Office.

More like he is the Master BS artist.  At the rally in El Paso, he was telling the crowd that the wall is already being built.  His new slogan is finish the wall.  Its the same BS he tried to pull previously with this tweet of a section of the wall that was being repaired that he claimed was the wall being built.  Basically his angle will be that if he doesn't get any funding for any new section of fencing he can just claim that he built the wall but Congress stopped him from completing it.  None of his constitutes know or even care that the sections being repaired was money allocated during Obama term.  Trump will claim it for himself safe in knowing his base are happy to deceive themselves that this is his doing.  One thing I definitely have to give Trump credit for is knowing how to continue to play his base for fools.

Trump should not declare a national emergency because it would just backfire in the future when let's say a Democrat declares a national emergency over health care or something.

Welp, he actually did it. I didn't think he would be dumb enough to do it but then again this is Trump. This could set a dangerous precedent but the backlash might be big enough for that to happen.
