Although a few day spike sales with special limited time offers is interesting, I am personally more interested in all of December sales than the Black Friday...

lmao what conclusion? the fact thats its in stock for everyone to buy, there might be shortages in december or maybe sooner but so far stock has no effect on sales

What? I haven't really engaged in this back and forth but are you actually suggesting you'd sooner believe what a company says that what you can see with your own eyes?

If Microsoft cannot win Black Friday this generation is long gone. last gen, that was the only time period they could even fend off Sony's advances.

PS4 currently leads Xbox WW by approximately 35-36mil consoles. Microsoft isn’t making that up no matter what they do. They are very close in America however and remain very competitive. But WW, this gen was “long gone” a long time ago. 

 

Last December npd Sony barely won with a figure of 1.56 mil Vs XB’s 1.51mil. Thanks to the Pro. If not for pro, Xbox would have won last December. Xbox could very well win this month thanks to X and $189 S. There’s just no way to know yet. All three performed exceptionally well this Black Friday.

This result was expected from GameStop. Their PS4 deal was way better than Xbone deal there. The opposite holds true for stores like target.

and last gen the 360 obliterated the PS3, dunno what you're talking (unless you're talking worldwide, which this thread isn't related to)
