You say this with x1x $500 price tag? O.o

They undercut them already by selling a console with a larger storage option. The extra storage is more than worth it for a console with the content to justify it. Besides, Xboxes weren't exactly top twenty material when Amazon discounted them to $199 with a game included.

Got to agree with the extra storage being worth it. Titles are closing in on 100GB and an extra 500GB to even match Sony's offer will cost at least $40. Now it just comes down to what people want, and how informed the fence sitters are. If people are looking for an all in one box, and they have a 4K TV the XOS UHD player is a pretty big value though.

Here in my "neighbourhood", for the entire year, all xbox bundles (with one to upto four games), have been selling for $199 to $249, while the PS4 (with one game at best) have been selling for $299 to $399. (Ok the latest joke was the special PS4 COD bundlefor $499. The pile absolutely did not move an inch - there is a limit to money grabbing, even in Europe).

Your price argument does not seem to hold upto reality, it seems. Maybe it does have todo with games....

We got a new #1.

The only switch deal in the UK I've seen is from one of the big supermarkets and it's the switch with two games for £329.99 which is basically the switch plus one bought game and one free game. It's not really that great a deal if you ask me. Should have just packed in a free game and kept the price at 279.99.
