Something really made me happy when I read Cartridge under the game. Set me back a few years.

They take the retro-approach serious: they have packed a manual into the box. Who does that these days?

My copy of Nitroplus Blasterz has a manual.

I've made it my official mission to buy every Switch game that comes with a manual.

That's cool. I'll pick it up.

Good. Indie retail releases should be encouraged.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Seems like Indies are the ones who often like to include a manual. I loved the one that came with the Switch version of Binding of Isaac, as it was clearly designed with the original Zelda's manual in mind... went and grabbed my original to compare the two, was a lot of fun.

Shovel Knight also has an NES-styled manual.
