Cobretti2 said: This is why i don't bother with launch games anymore. This BS of GOTY and COMPLETE edition shit needs to stop. Release the base then release the expansion on a disc later. I do not want to buy a vanilla copy then for it to become worthless because a better edition comes out. Give users the options to get the expansion or full game. That way if I ever sell I can sell it as two discs. Who in their right mind would buy a vanilla copy only later when there is a better option? |
Why would they do that? Why on Earth would they print discs and buy cases for the DLC? And how would that even work? You'd have to have the game in the system to play it, and then you'd have this second disc with the DLC on it.
Here's a better idea, understand that when you buy a game at or near launch you are always spending the most money for the least amount of content because things get added and prices drop over time. Don't like it? Wait to buy the game. Nobody made you buy the game early, and you got to play it nearly a year before someone who buys this version gets to.
Bet with Adamblaziken:
I bet that on launch the Nintendo Switch will have no built in in-game voice chat. He bets that it will. The winner gets six months of avatar control over the other user.
