Not sure if Tales counts as AAA, but I'd rather have a Vesperia remaster.
I think we'll see some more stuff from Ubisoft given the success of Mario + Rabbids. Maybe they bring some of the Tom Clancy games or ports / remasters of some of the older Assassin's Creed games to the Switch.
Personally I would like to see more online / competitive shooters along the lines of Overwatch & PUBG come to the Switch. If Doom '16 and Wolfenstein II can be optimized for the Switch, then so can these two games.

Well, maybe they'll do a remaster for its 10th anniversary, which is next year (Symphonia got a remaster on PS3 for its 10th anniversary in 2013), but if not, then I guess the game will forever be stuck on Xbox consoles :(
Edit: I know there was a ps3 version but lamentably it was never localized :(
