Mega Man 2 is far from being the best classic Mega Man game, it's close to the bottom. The entire game suffers from inconsistency, some levels are good while others are some of the worst in the series. The weapons range from overpowered to the point that they break the game to weapons that are so bad that it would make Mega Man 5 blush. The bosses aren't great either, some are far too simple while others are broken such as the Wily Machine and Quick Man.
It's good game in it's own right but all the praise it receives in comparison to the rest of the series is perplexing.

My favourite games are JRPGs, and fighting games, and the PS1 definitely has the N64 beat in those departments.
Persona 4 is amazing. (A lot of people I know who played all 6 Persona games say 4 was the weakest.)
Zelda is a meh series overall. (Breath of the Wild being a major exception.)
Pokemon has overstayed its welcome.

I have to agree with that plus it's controller was alot better than N64's.

How is this controversial? It's widely accepted that PS1 is one of the top systems when it comes to library.
That's easy.
-Most 3D Zeldas are heavily overrated. 2D Zelda was when it was at their best.
-Wind Waker's art style has a negative impact for me because it is too childish for me
-2D mario will always be better than 3D mario
-N64,GC and Wii U are easily Nintendo's worst consoles
-Final Fantasy 2 (NES) is a good game
-Metroid NES is the best Metroid
-Wii had the best 3rd party support on Nintendo home consoles than anything not named NES or SNES
-Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire are bad and the worst in the entire franchise

It's a very hot topic on the internet, in fact amongst the older generations, it's the one that is probably still the most divisive.
I'll add this to my list: 3DS is the best handheld console ever.
Bet with Intrinsic:
The Switch will outsell 3DS (based on VGchartz numbers), according to me, while Intrinsic thinks the opposite will hold true. One month avatar control for the loser's avatar.
