What I find funny is that we don't have an idea on whether the driver was a white supremicist or not. Mother says one thing, his teacher says another, but the left is trying to blame Trump for the tendencies on one fucked up person.

We have pictures of the driver demonstrating with Vanguard America, a group the Anti-Defamation League describes as "a white supremacist group that opposes multiculturalism and believes America is an exclusively white nation". Is there really debate on which side this person stands on?

As I said, until the police can confirm anything, we are still in the dark. People could be losing their shit for nothing. His mother said he had a black friend, so lets just wait this out.

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

Modern narchism derived as a left-wing movement, so anti-capitalist. Anarcho-communism existed before anarcho-capitalism. And the Soviet Union wasn't a communist system, nor did they ever claim to have been communist. The rhetoric was that they would one day be communist, not that they were communist.

"Modern narchism derived as a left-wing movement"

well you saying so doesn't make that the case... anarchy is not some political movement that people came up with - it is the nature of humans before they come together in groups to cooperate

where are you getting this idea that anarchy is some politcal ideology that people suddenly came up with recently? that idea on the other hand can definitely be levelled to socialism and communism

" Anarcho-communism"

is an oxymoron unless you are speaking about an incredibly small group of people and even then i'm not so sure it even exists on that level

can you describe for me how a system that is entirely about individual freedom with no centralised enforcement body be connected to a system that is entirely about making sure everyone is contrained to one level or class through the use of a centralised enforcement body?

how do you not see that they are complete opposites?

" And the Soviet Union wasn't a communist system"

and what was the soviet union therefore?

You know, that's why the term "modern" was put in there. And if you're saying how it'd be referring to the nature of humans, how could it be capitalist? Capitalism is a fairly recent idea itself. And communism is not based on a centralized enforcement body, that was the "dictatorship of the proletariat" that Marx theorized to suppress counter-revolutionary dissent before it's dismantled once it's not needed, and the vanguard party used by Lenin. The Soviet Union itself was obviously a very authoritarian state, and the idea of communism involves a stateless society, so they cannot co-exist.

This sounds an awful like apologists for a certain other terrorist organization.

"B ... bu ... but ... he never exhibited any signs of extremism before! He drank alcohol and hang out with other people! It must have been a lone wolf spur of the moment decision!".

Funny thing is these extreme right movements hate each other, but they are ideologically like brothers, different sides of the same coin which is the irony. And of course this guy is given every benefit of the doubt whereas if his skin was brown it would be an automatic rush to judgement. Gee I wonder why.

3. The mother of the driver has stated that her son has never exhibited any racist tendencies and has at least one black friend of which she's aware.

Would be an interesting turn of events if the driver was an anti protestor and tried to run over the white supremacists.

Wtf are you guys talking about?

There are picks of him at white supremacy rallies

Thats a bit of an accusation, don't you think? I've made the mistake of calling out terrorism in Europe before the police confirmed it, so lets just wait and see. I don't in any way support the groups that were protesting yesterday, and if he is a white supremacist, I'll be more than happy to get on board with everyone else.

VGPolyglot is young and I think has this very romanticized image of communism. His mind is not available to change position by rational arguments, he will have to realize the truth by himself and with time, by emotionally experiencing the true evil caused by communists throughout all of history and emotionally experience their selfish, disturbed nature.

Wtf are u guys talking about? There are pics of the idiot taking part in white supremacy rallies...

Could you post a link to any of those pics? Would be a smoking gun for sure.

The mother of the driver also said that her son went to pro-Trump rallies. He also said that he went to an 'albright' meeting (alt right), but she didn't know what that means.

I'm just calling out a double standard where I see it. And yes you are very quick to rush to judgement in the past if it looks like a terrorist of a different stripe, yet in this case you give this guy every benefit of the doubt, one can't help but wonder what the difference is. Some of the stuff is laughably close to what people say in those other cases too just tweaked a bit. "Hey drank alchohol and partied with non-believers! Would an extremist do that?" is basically the equivalent of "he couldn't be racist! He has a black friend/acquantice!". C'mon.

"I have a black friend" is just about the worst excuse imaginable.

Here's some propaganda from Vanguard America:

And here's the pic of him demonstrating with that group:
