Crysis 3 gets my vote, (it's crazy that even runs on 2005/2006 hardware) but honourable mentions go to Need for Speed Most Wanted 2012, MGS5, GTA5, and Rage.

I completely forgot about Crysis, and how it became a meme.

A handheld gamer only (for now).

Batman: Arkham Asylum looked amazing then and still does today. Another one is Mirror's Edge.

The PC versions beg to differ (I have them on both systemz).

My Ebay store

Deus Ex (2000) - a game that pushes the boundaries of what the video game medium is capable of to a degree unmatched to this very day.

GTA V and FF XIII are great picks. I liked Just Cause 2 in the graphics department as well. Sometimes it was very pretty.

I still think Final Fantasy XIII looks great visually

It does, but quite a bit less on the X360.

Gotta give the crown to GTAV.

Battlefield 4?

Bet with Teeqoz for 2 weeks of avatar and sig control that Super Mario Odyssey would ship more than 7m on its first 2 months. The game shipped 9.07m, so I won

MGS V, GTA V, Crysis 3, Need for Speed Rivals, Battlefield 4 and Hardline, Alien Isolation.

GTAV and Tomb Raider (2013)

Lords of Shadow looks amazing on 360.

Virtua Fighter 5 is still great looking

To add a few more I thought of; Trine 2, Battlefield 3, Far Cry 3.

No call of duty game should be included in a "best graphics" discussion, same goes for any game using Unreal Engine 3. Haha

Basically, Frostbite (Except Dragon Age; Inquisition) and CryEngine powered games are what really pushed those consoles.
Hence... Battlefield 3, 4, Hardline and Crysis 3.

We cannot forget the Metro games either.

GTA5 is technically impressive for it's open-world nature, but I think graphically it does come up a little short.
