Easy, I'd lose my hearing ...

I depend on my penis too much to carry out some of the renal functions to be able to reliably avoid public washrooms and I especially don't fancy the idea of getting urine all over my lower half of the body ...

I don't think I could hold out for an entire day of not being able to access a private bathroom if my penis was gone ...

You'd also lose the ability to have sexual intercourse and most importantly you'd be infertile ...

The only good that can come out of losing a penis is that you have insurance if you lose one of your sense for communication ...

I'd rather a deaf human race than a one that is either blind or can't procreate ...

I guess that makes sense in your case why you would choose that. For me, I could deal without my hearing. I watch alot of anime so I'm used to subtitles when i watch something. This has actually got me thinking about gaming while deaf; I suppose those that rely on visual feedback could be played, but I imagine it'd be tricky to play games where audio cues (outside of speech, which can be subtitled) are important. Like not being able to hear footsteps, gunfire, etc would be a big problem in some games. Not being able to hear music ever again is a very unpleasant thought to me though, and not that I'd know but I have heard that being deaf can be extremely isolating because it makes communication tricky. I mean, most people don't know sign language.

Social skills can be developed though if you work at it. 

It would be a little tricky playing some genres of games with no hearing and they would lose of the cinematic effect but I think it would be tolerable at least for me. You could create the sound effects in your mind if you really wanted to.

I don't think it would be that isolating if you used the net to find new friends with the same disability. Forums and dating sites would be playgrounds. Of course, it would be greatly affect your ability to communicate with regular people. You could just avoid them and use your cell to write something out if you had to communicate. Another choice is finding a device that says what you type into it when you talk to normies. Also, you could learn to read lips. 

This discussion made me think of annoying dragon ball super anime. I can't stand their damn voices in it. I wouldn't mind being deaf while trying to watch it.

God, you're not wrong about anime voices, 90% of the time they're freaking torture to listen to and make me wish I was bloody deaf. XD

I still reckon though that losing the ability to hear games, movies, music, and conversation would be a worse loss than the ability to masturbate and the slim chance I may someday get laid.

Well, like I say, at this point it's a choice between a sense I use 100% of the time and the pleasure of masturbation, which I spend less than 1% of my time using.
