Wouldn't be so bad if it was inside, but outside like that it really is that bad! The heat and humidity here is terrible, dunno how anyone can just stand around in it like that!

Is public gambling even allowed over there?

Probablybe not since the state wants a piece of the gamblers winnings. But public gaming is probably okay. It is okay in public transport so why not during the one break of the 20hour workday.

Please excuse my (probally) poor grammar

I'd never wait in a line like that, for anything.

What about meds or food?

The struggle is real in Japan.

Well yeah, for necesseties I would... also money.

They should sue Nintendo for this. Imagine if they took a day off from work only to get nothing

A handheld gamer only (for now).

And they say people in Japan are busy all the time, pshh

People in Japan queue up all the time for everything and anything from what I've seen while I was there. It was bizarre.

Though Japan doesn't even allow Smash tournaments to have prize pools because it's considered a method of gambling.

They need to get the switches in the hands of gamers as soon as possible, more hardware sold more software sold more games developed, good stuff.

Its hard to imagine the switch being that hard to get its in stock in in 11 stores just checking my lists in my country right now (The Netherlands) especially the splatoon bundle is available for € 374.00- € 379.00 in most stores.
