It looks nice. For me, though, Meridian from Horizon:ZD is much more impressive.
Hyrule Castle in BotW to me reppresents more accurately the Dungeons for the game as envisioned by Aonuma than the Dungeons themselves: something you can approach in countless different ways, from all sides, that still manages to be challenging no matter where you go and what you do

It looks nice. You know, though, whenever I see something like this, it always makes me think of how amazing ICO was in terms of architecture and creating a space that feels separated from the rest of the world.

It kicks ass for sure. Indeed that music, ohmygod, I was humming along with it the entire time (with gradually increasing volume as I got in more and more dangerous situations).
I was there around my 60 hour mark, and had done just one Beast yet, and stood right before the Throne Room at the top but decided I'd keep that part for when I'm done. Haven't been back since and the DLC has delayed my return, almost at 200 hours now, but soon, soon I'll go back.

ICO was an amazing game, no doubt abozut that. I feel though that ICO and the Hyrule Castle in BOTW are very different experiences. Not that I would value one above the other, they are just different in feel - at least to me.
Maybe it's because in ICO the castle was the game and in Zelda it is part of a bigger game, and the surrounding and the rest of the world influence your take on the castle itself.
This reminds me, i never went to the top of the castle...

Meh. You have absolutely no objectivity whatsoever.
