I just got a Switch this week. And so far I've gotten Zelda, Mario Kart, and Mr Shifty. I've mostly played Mr. Shifty - I just beat it so will now switch over to more Zelda.
Mr Shifty is my only eshop game so far but it is freakin GOOD!
It's the perfect short, cheap, super fun action title.
Seems like most of the mediocre reviews of it at launch were because of framerate problems which I can say must have been completely solved by the patch last month because I never had a single moment of slowdown through my entire playthrough, though in the last stage one time when I died it did turn off the game because it said there was an error and I had to start the stage over again, but that was the only hiccup for the game and it ran smooth the whole way through. The game is super fun! Perfect amount of increasing difficulty, crazy action, strategy, comedy, and baddass-ery! I'm very surprised it seems to not have many downloads as its never listed as a popular eshop game. It only takes about 5 hours to beat, but its got such great action I'll definitely come back to it here and there. I'd say its a must buy for any Switch owner. A great value for $15!
