Pretty much it, every unofficial accessory manufacturers have been running with these leaked dimension details to make up their ready to be sold cover case for it.

Now, do we know of the look of the actual manufactured model ? Not really, but it's likely to be close to this at this point, I'm certain.

Now, on a personal note, I do think the slight difference with the additional button under the Home button and the one under the left shoulder don't make for the quite the visual difference with the previous model.

Hopefully they go with a significant color change, just like the OLED, to speficy that this is a new thing.

Aside from b/c which has been confirmed by Nintendo already.

The only thing I want on the Switch 2 is....the ability to turn off the system through the UI lol. I hate having to press and hold the power button just to get the option to turn off.

Just saw the developers of Astrobot speech at the game awards. The guy talking actually paid a tribute to Nintendo for being such a great inspiration to them. That was such a sweet moment and made me love the team even more

The Paper Mario E3 2010 trailer has been found in all its glory. There's a chance this could've been as good as Super Paper Mario, possibly even better than the original game. It appears we were robbed.

They made Sticker Star instead of THIS?!

Y’all aren’t gonna like hearing this…but I’m gonna drop some thoughts. If Nintendo keeps producing NSW units & games (at a rate of >5mil/year) as NSW2 is releasing, I believe NSW2 will not start off as strong as it should. Maybe a strong launch, but the legs will likely be significantly lower than anticipated. I say this b/c the reason behind Wii U’s complete collapse entering 2013 could have a fair amount to do with consumers seeing Wii U as the premium option for playing Wii games (just as NSW2 will be the premium option for NSW games) combined with looking at the extreme discrepancy in price ($300/$350 v. $50-100? If you just want to play some Wii games, the choice is obvious.). Not to say NSW2 will flop, though it might experience a fair amount of lost sale potential IF Nintendo chooses to push NSW further.

There is precedent for this market behavior: PS2 v PS3 (Sony responded by slashing PS2 & PS3 production entering the launch of PS4, and slashing PS4 production entering the launch of PS5), Wii v Wii U, NES v SNES, SNES v N64 (in JP), 3DS v NSW (yes, I believe the former did eat away at NSW sales up until 2019), etc.

Thank you, CaptainExplosion, for "True"-ing my remark here. It is indeed a very true.

We can't have the Switch cannibalising it's successor.

Been playing Shin Megami Tensei V on Switch as far as Nintendo games go by.

I think I over leveled...lol - either ways, I still got owned by a few super high level demons and got destroyed by a wandering lv 44 buddhist demon....I almost beat it but took me out....

Either ways, the story is ramping up and love it.

Still have Super Smash Bros Ultimate placed on hold for now

This is what I've been playing overall as of 12/16/2024.

Haaaa yeah, the SMT experience of getting owned by lower level demons because what matters most is your party build and weaknesses, moreso than your levels really.

Also playing on Switch ? Dayum, some would treat you as courageous. But I honestly don't mind much the hiccups of the UE4 on Switch.

Anywoo, playing the Vengeance version or the OG ?
