You could ask why a guy who set up demo booths in Europe a year ago is now doing the same in America. But I am willing to believe his list anyway, because it is not reaching. You can look through the development studios he named and won't find any with a crazy game attached to them. |
Fair enough.
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

Large events are actually planned months in advance especially large ones like E3, for example London comic con is planned like 7 months in advance, E3 is in June which means for an event that size everything would have to start to be set up in May which is 3 months away so him having plans now is not far fetched and it also still doesn't dispute how it lines up with the subscription either only two other games would push Nintendo's online and they're already out MK and Splatoon 2. Your point about Pikmin 4 doesn't make sense here as it's not debunking anything. ER has been wrong at times yes but her claim on more remasters and ports (which the line up has two in Smash and SS) lines up some what with the rumour and the subscription |
But he is the demo booth guy.Plans for large events starts being planned months ago, but that dosent mean they are finalized months in advance. And as I said, he is the booth demo guy, and thus plans for such events would not be known to low level grunts, or the attendees that stays on the booth, until a few days before the events, to prevent leaks.
Im not saying that this has zero chance of being true, but I think its simply unlikely.Time will prove who is right.

The Rumor Mill is at it again folks.
This time it's Bandai Namco related and it's that they are making two exclusive games for the Nintendo Switch.
The first one has been rumored before, and it's that Bandai Namco themselves are the ones making Metroid Prime 4.
The second one however, is one that comes straight out of the left-field bullpen, and it's that they are developing Ridge Racer 8 EXCLUSIVELY for Nintendo Switch.
I'm willing to believe the first one is true, since Bandai Namco has worked with a number of in house, 1st party, Nintendo franchises in the past: Namely Star Fox with Star Fox Assault on the GameCube, and of course, Smash 4. So, the thought of them being the ones tasked with developing a Metroid Prime game is believable, I find.
Ridge Racer on the other hand.... Yeah, not too sure about that one. Especially the "exclusive" bit.

I think there's a possibility that Bandai is helping create Prime 4, they aren't the Prime developer though. However ... the Ridge Racer one is almost crazy enough for me to believe ... almost ... maybe ... !!
Apparently Kirby Star Allies runs at 30fps. I see no reason why it can't be 60fps when Yoshi and DK could on Wii U, and more demanding games like Odyssey n Splatoon 2 are 60fps aswell. Have to assume either lazy or rushed unfortunately. Surely the game will still be good n fun, but it might be annoying to get used to considering every other Kirby game is 60fps.
