Packed day; if I were the devs behind Viewfinder or Popucom I would change the date as I can see both getting overlooked compared to Metroid and Octopath.

Gosh, thanks goodness for that 4 day long weekend I got !
I'll have plenty of time to immerse myself with the new Kirby Air Ride while I also the Dragon Quest I HD-2D playthrough I'm on.

With Octopath Traveler 0 and Metroid Prime 4 coming through soonish, I'll need all that time if I don't wanna get squeeze by the holiday game's rush

One question I still have about Prime 4 that hopefully will be answered in the game itself; Is Ridley alive? It's been hard to get rid of him for good.

I see now why critics don’t rate these Air Ride games all too high: Kirby Air Riders demands a lot more from the player. You aren’t moving at a slow pace, and many of the central mechanics are far more challenging than simply collecting (well-placed) coins or hitting an item box. Lot of moving parts… definitely not nearly as casual friendly an experience as most Nintendo games.

You can tell that Sakurai put his whole heart into this game. Really fun so far!

Also… wow!! DKBananza won the Golden Joystick Critics’ Choice for GotY! That’s pretty big. They almost never give Nintendo GotY. Only one other time they’ve awarded a Nintendo title GotY in over 20 years (The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild — 2017).
