According to sources at WWG, Rockstar Games is planning on a L.A Noire remaster for PlayStation 4, PC, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Reports on a remaster of the 2011 crime thriller date back to January, with one in particular claiming the L.A. Noire remaster would ship in late summer. Furthermore, it has also been suggested that the game will also support PlayStation VR, and include a first-person view similar to the PS4 and Xbox One editions of Grand Theft Auto 5.

I always felt like replaying this game some time, yet never got to it. Driving around 1940 LA was very enjoyable. I played most of the game in black & white to keep in style. Replaying it in color would already be different but I hope the rumor is true and I get to drive around it in VR!
Perhaps remasters for VR are the best way to get people interested? I would love some new full AAA games ofcourse, yet with an install base of a million that's not really feasible. A psvr mode like in RE7 is great, but probably only do-able if the base game already targets 60fps. Remasters from last gen should have a lot less trouble reaching 60fps for VR. Red dead redemption in VR, yes please. Although 1st person horseback riding im VR might be a bit sickening :)
