I wasn't really amazed by any game from E3, but I probably liked Metro Exodus the most.
Kirby 2018
Does Kingdom Hearts III count? The trailer was shown during one of the days of E3, but it was at the KH anniversay concert and not at E3 proper.
Well, if KH3 counts, then KH3 is my answer, if not, then my fave was Mario Odyssey.
Xenoblade Chronicles 2, which is everything I wanted for the next game: a mix of the story/character-driven narrative focus from the original game, PLUS the vast exploration offered by XCX.
Super Mario Odyssey also looks phenomenal.

Wow, thats really hard. Its a tie between Shadow of the Colossus and Spiderman but i'll probably go with Spidey.
Mario Odyssey

Not even close. Easily Dragon Ball Fighters Z.
God of War also looked pretty good.
4 ≈ One
To me: Spiderman. Days Gone is a good 2nd. And #3: Ni no Kuni II.
Mario Odyssey. I really thought anything following Galaxy would have to be a step back by default, but what they showed was very impressive.
Spider-man impressed me, but that was less about gameplay and more about how they actually seemed to be up on their Spider-man knowledge.
