Well, it's a landslide then.
People are complaining about the lack of actual footage for games in early development. I think it's better than showing shiny and promising CGI trailers of games that end up not looking like that or never see the light of the day.
I think I saw on another thread how a Metroid announcement was nothing but wishful thinking just a couple hours ago and now it's been confirmed. Dreams come true, that's why Nintendo won.

Xenoblade Chronicles 2 got a blowout. They announced and showed Kirby. They announced the console Pokémon RPG and Metroid Prime 4, two games which fans have been asking for, for over 10 Years. They announced the Yoshi game, and showed off the Breath of the Wild DLC. They give us a gameplay blowout for Super Mario Odyssey, and announced Fire Emblem Warriors. Oh, and they announced and showed Metroid: Samus Returns.
For Nintendo fans, or general owners of the Switch/ 3DS, they had a brilliant showing.

Nintendo by a bit, with Sony, Ubisoft, and the PC conference right behind.

For me? As I'm a Nintendo fanboy, Nintendo won because they announced Nintendo games that I wanted to play. I'm also looking forward to third party games like Rocket League and Mario+Rabbids.
Objectivly speaking, Ubisoft won. They had the most interesting games had I not been a Nintendo fanboy.
Sony's sucked, subjectivly speaking. I hate their soul, their franchises, their products, their fanboys, their existence. Objectively, they did OK. Nothing new, but I bet Spider-Man looked good for the masses.
The one that showed Spiderman 4 and Shadow of the Colossus.

Anyway they still win because they actually showed something new Kirby and Yoshi. Followed by Ubisoft and than Sony as best of the rest. But please stop the BS that Nintendo announces games only close to release, they don't especially when it's a game like Zelda or a pokemon rpg which they will talk about very long. |
You have me wondering if we will get the same treatment with Prime 4 that we got with ZeldaU? An announcement then silence for years ....
Edit: If the end result is roughly the same I'll take it and try not to be salty about it this time but I remember being starved for information on what turned out to be BotW.
Sony won. Nintendo isn't doing enough to make up for the sh*tfest that was the Wii U and Microsoft only had 4K.
