So an announcement, without ANY footage, like at all, is enough for Nintendo to win? Smh

It has been ages since Metroid prime 3 was released. A Nintendo console and a handheld came out within that timeframe and all we get is a lousy non-teaser.

Very disappointed. I now have my excuse to not buy the Switch until well into 2018. Odyssey was underwhelming so far as well -- looks like I'll wait for the superior Mario galaxy 3.

possibly Nintendo, due to the huge Pokemon Switch announcement (confirms that no 3DS successor is coming) and the for-the-fans Metroid Prime 4 announcement

the worst E3 year since 2007 which is when I started watching, only 1 megaton announced (Pokemon), and that without a screenshot or a formal name at least

good stuff from Sony and Microsoft as every year but nothing outstanding

don't mind my username, that was more than 10 years ago, I'm a different person now, amazing how people change ^_^

Nintendo may have won if they actually showed gameplay footage of Metroid Prime 4 and at least something about the Pokemon game. Now I'm probably going to give it to Sony because they had more games I'm excited about than any other conference.

Can anyone explain how Nintendo won E3? Metroid was just a teaser, game probably isn't coming in next 2 years. Aside from that it was mostly recycled games and games for kids. Can you honestly compare most of those games to serious AAA titles like God of War, Detroit, Anthem, Battlefront, etc.?

A new Nintendo-console means at least a new Mario, Metroid, Kirby, Zelda (DLC) and/or Pokémon ... no surprises there, right?

Sony, because the biggest AAA-Games, PSVR-Things and the most Games. My favorite Trailer is Uncharted The Lost Legacy, Spiderman looks awesome and Ni No Kuni 2 Release in november.

Nintendo is not the winner, because many new games coming not for switch: The Evil Within 2, DragonBall Fighters Z, Code Vein, Assassins Creed Origins and Far Cry 5, The Crew 2, Marvel vs Capcom, new Metro, Monster Hunter World, hack//G.U. Last Recode, Tropico 6, Anthem ect.

Sony really didnt show the most games.

This thread isnt about which games are coming to which console. Its about the shows and most of those games mentioned werent in Sonys show.
