This is not how stats work ^^
Sony spent only 4 more minutes talking about games, but with a 13 minutes shorter conference. You could also say that MS spent 17 more minutes talking about other things than games, which is in fact interesting in the "People wrongly complain about MS talking more about non-games-related stuff" debate.
If the source is right and if you care about this debate of course.

They had a longer press conference. Of course that's going to be the result. Who's to say that extra time wasn't to "games related stuff?"
The post from swordfish says, time spent showing video games. Is game pass not game related? Bc? All game related.

But MS spent 40 mins not showing games. Sony had a shorter show and spent more time showing games. I mean this is what it's all about right! Responding to fan critism and one critism is that MS spend too much time waffling. It destroys your point that MS are picked on for doing it while Sony gets a free pass. No twists just data and facts.
I was so excited about all 3 shows but the more I visit forums the less excited about all shows, well I guess except for nintendo, I get. Damn I need to do something else lol.

In the past all companies have made them longer, I mean Sony was terrible at dragging them out.... but complaints have told them to shorten them, have less talking and less waffle (just look at the EA one today, so much waffle).
Now MS are in a slightly different position as they are promoting new hardware so you have to talk. If I was them, would get the talking done at the start, even if its 30 minutes with small teasers.. then just games games games.

- Phil says the briefing longer than it was when he said it was going to be longer, might talk faster lol.
