First... whats the price? For both...and what games i get whit snes mini.

The one with some of the best J-rpgs of all time , ONLY if it includes said j-rpgs. If not, then none of them.

If money is no issue, then Scorpio, since I don't have an X1 yet, and I probably already have a significant chunk of the games that would be on the SNES Mini in some capacity already.

Scorpio does nothing for me especially since I already an Xbox One. But a SNES especially if has Chrono Trigger is something I am completely on board with.

I am and yes, they look awful on a modern LCD TV. But that's why I own and play them on a CRT (see my profile pic). If you have retro consoles, you have to play them on a retro style television. Not only do the games look great, there is zero input lag. 

SNES mini because no trolling has a more interesting library than Xbox One.
