Watching that video and seeing how more developers are going to "games as a service" / episodic just made me sick to my stomach. The video game industry is turning to shit. Might be time for another 80s crash to wipe the shit out of the industry and start clean again.
SE said within the next 3 years or so. That doesn't mean 3 years or more. It could be 1 more year or 2. The 3 years is more likely in reference to the Marvel game. They probably just started the early stages of development on that game. My guess is FF7 isn't too far off of release. I expect at least a demo this year, with a late 2018 release.

lol, FF7 is not happening anytime soon.
The Marvel game if anything will come sooner because it'll be made by a Western studio.
"Within 3 years" means that those games will release in 3 years at the latest, so it could be in 1 year or 2 years. My prediction is KH3 for late 2018, the first episode of FFVIIR in late 2019, and that Marvel game in 2019 too.
So it'll be on PS5 and Xbox Two?

I saw a rumor that the full FF7R release was set to come out in 2019. With the first part not coming out until 2018, it's safe to say that that won't be happening.

It says within 3 years for ff viir, kh3 and marvel game also. So it doesn't mean for all 3 games, maybe the marvel game, so it's not that bad. And kh3 or ff viir could be released this holiday...i think the chances are high that ff viir could be announced for a holiday 2017 release
