I wouldn't doubt that MS would use that tactic to give them a boost in shock & awe. Throw folks off with the premium price talk, then BAM...hit them with that 399. Especially now that the Xbox One S price has dropped. It's believable.

If Microsoft knows what's good for them, Scorpio WILL be $399. Any more than that and it won't sell well. They're probably going to push Anthem as the major show piece for it.

95 minutes is a lot to fill.

revealing Scorpio, price and date will take at least five minutes, maybe ten depending on how much they want to hammer home it will be the most powerful console.

I'm thinking there will be multiple 10 minute+ gameplay segments, Anthem, Crackdown 3 and something else. Forza won't take long. Another look at Sea of Thieves, and perhaps something else from Rare too, hopefully a new Banjo finally as has been teased. A bit of Minecraft, some indies.

There must be one big surprise that takes up a substantial amount of time at least. Unless they are going to go way overboard on the Scorpio mentions
