I don't see why this is an issue. Does your hard on get in the way of holding the system / controller? I guess that is a good problem to have if so.

If its too distracting then I just short take a break to remove the hard on then get back to gaming. Granted, if I utilize a helper in the hard on removal process, then I cannot get back to gaming soon after as that is considered rude.
