Smash Bros DS, hopefully.

Sak said there wasn't one he was aware of yet and I doubt it. Maybe for the next DS tho

I am hoping for Zelda, Pikmin, Starfox or Kid Icarus

Maybe they will announce that they are going to reopen their 'love hotel' business.

See history of Nintendo for reference.

nothing, I think they will just wait until the E3.

With E3 in July I'm expecting some fairly big announcements.  Nintendo's big announcements seem to coincide with its half year reports (approximately), which is why the last big set of announcements was in October.

Hard Drive and a new game or two.

Could I trouble you for some maple syrup to go with the plate of roffles you just served up?

Brawl, Kart, Fit and WiiWare will be the focus. Nintendo does these for the mainstream press moreso than the enthusiast press I think, so they'll focus on currently released/soon coming games, not Cmas announcements.

I'm not expecting a similar blow out but the last Media Summit (in fall, October) we got:

WiiWare - Dr. Mario, Pokemon Ranch, Soldier R, Bomberman, FFCC WiiWare and others
Check Mii Out Date
Everyone's Nintendo Channel revelation
Sonic In Brawl

Mario Stadium Baseball
Fire Emblem DS, Soma Bringer, Eternal Chronicle
Monster Hunter 3, and more

So at the very least I expect something remotely new to show up. Also IGN said Sega was goingto show some stuff off and beyond Sonic Unleashed (which is supposed to be reserved for their own Gamers day in May) I can't think of too much Sega can show that won't be a surprise. Oh yeah, there's also Fatal Frame IV which is supposed to be released around or even before E3 so I'm expecting that too.

We don't really know what Nintendo intends to release between May 1st 2008 to the end of the year ... I would expect that Nintendo will focus on what is going to be released before September 31st leaving their big holiday games to be announced at E3 or TGS.

The fact that Nintendo is releasing their three biggest games of the year (that we know of) before June, makes me very excited to see what they have up their sleeve for the second half of the year.

Maybe some wiiware info and a hint to the E3 secret game
