I want to share pics so badly but WiiU isn't having any of my workaround-the-WiiU-ImageShare-through-Nintendo shenanigans.

Pro tip to anyone taking on the mountains - if you get your hands on a Great Flameblade(the red one pictured in Slarvax's image above), don't use it! While it's an amazing weapon, it triples as a ice melter and tier 1 Cold Resistance while on Link's back AND can start fires when swung near firewood - you don't even have to hit it, saving it's durability.

Flame spear and fire rods work too. It melts slowly though, yet fire arrows are costly to use for melting. I left some iceblocks behind which I now realize I shouldn't have after finding 2 Koroks hiding in iceblocks last night. Bring plenty firewood, melt several at the same time.

Haven't used it in ages but can't you go to miiverse on a smart device or PC?

sadly my screenshots are almost all going to be taken at 720p since I have only docked my switch twice since buying it... but my fucking god what a handheld console it is.

Even in comparison to the likes of World of Final Fantasy and Wipeout on the Vita, Breath of the Wild and FAST RMX just are leagues ahead of that system in terms of both scale and graphics of games.

I really hope the Switch does well so that the AAA will flow to it, but I'm doing my part :) breaking out that CC and letting devs know there is money on the system if they put games there.

It also OHKOs any creature made of Ice, and it instantly cooks any meat if you kill animals with it. And like SvennoJ said, any fire-based weapon works!

Still wandering the desert, awesome zone. After I don't know how many hours I suddenly entered into flurry rush slowmotion during combat after a perfect dodge. I never bother much with jumping out of the way as slight mis timing means instant death with so few hearts. (I need red chu chu jelly for upgrades, I have every other jelly doh) The game over screen also keeps reminding me I can deflect blows with the shield as well, yet same thing. Miss the perfect timing -> death. I should find some low level enemies to practice on.
