Ha, even if it truly was the best game of all time (it isn't), do you honestly expect games media in 2017 not to take a bite of that delicious clickbait score and thus, wave after wave of fanboys from all necks of the gaming woods to laugh, cry, shout and scream?

The only game that would ever score well in this day and age is one that caters exclusively to the media and goes out of it's way to massage their egos and reassure them that they hold all the power, not those pesky youtube influencers, or those peasant gamers.

Of course it's possible. Even 1-2-Switch could get 99. Maybe even 100. It's just very unlikely, because even a few 9/10 would take the score down to 97 or 96.

Whatever. People should care a lot less about reviews and scores and just have fun with the games you choose.

Reviews are full of flaws and fluff that are pretty worthless. It's just an opinion, an opinion as worth as our own opinions. What if they liked or not? It won't change anything in regards of our enjoyment.
