More than anything if you were hesitating to get a PS4 because you wanted stronger first party or just wanted to see what's in store, this year is probably the year you buy. Gamewise, Sony is hitting its stride and it is only February.

Also I am 100% confident Xenoblade 2 is coming out this year.

2017 = the biggest games flood in the last years.

2016 was amazing  to.

2017 at least for ps4 is the best  in history  ever.

2017 is gonna be memorable. It'll be better than most years in the past two gens.

im loving this year so far. For Honor and Horizon are both amazing. played Horizon yesterday and the day before and its fantastis. love For Honor and already have 18+ hours in it easily (could be over 22 or so, but forgot to check).

next up its Mass Effect, then South Park, after that there is probably gonna be Uncharted: The lost Legacy, and possibly Crash when it gets cheaper. and at the end of the year its Red Dead Redemption and most likely farcry 5. geez, so much gaming, so much awesome.

I wish I could say I knew someone who was hyped for Sea of Thieves and Crackdown over Microsofts 2016 lineup (Gears of War 4 and Quantum Break) . Horizon, Nioh, Mass Effect and Zelda will be the best starting games of 2017 though.

Indeed! As an Only Nintendo and PC gamer this year is AWESOME!!!! Zelda! Arms! Splatoon 2! FE Warriors! And If Pokemon Stars is fucking true....... :O

I don't get why people say that about every single upcoming year. How about you just wait and do a retrospect? Most years weren't that great once you realize that many of those listed games were delayed or not nearly as good as expected.
I can already dismiss half of the games in the OP. They are probably good games but not memorable at all. In one year, no one will care about Tekken 7, anything Sonic related or Ghost Recon.

For Xbox gamer I don't think it looks quite as tasty as last year. Gears of War 4, Quantum Break and Forza Horizon 3 will most likely be too hard to beat. Last year was one of the best ever in my opinion. There's a new console and Red Dead Redemption 2 of course and other games looks nice as well. We'll see.
