On the Switch.

obviously on switch, Nintendo fans can't wait to let go of their WiiU and spend 300 bucks on Nintendo's shiny new device.
That's always something Nintendo can't count on, their fans just don't have any principles or self respect.

Or you know...they think differently from you on the product's value...

I mean i'm not a Nintendo fan and i would pick it up day one except i'm so lazy i don't pre order anything simply out of my own laziness.

Switch, considering BOTW will have legs on the Switch and on the WiiU that's an impossibility. They'll probably only do 1 or 2 shipments of the WiiU version and then be done with it.

I'm really surprised to see people are surprised by how bad maxleresistant's comment was(no offense i'm not attacking him it was just extremely rude). When you make an echo-chamber of 90% negativity on a website about a console manufacturer(one that already has less die hard fans than the biggest competition) and there are few people defending the manufacturer in a way that appeals to the populus - you are bound to make all of that negativity wind up being placed on the shoulders of fans. Maybe if we were all less emotional when discussing the console this wouldn't happen.

Switch one should sell a lot more.

Nintendo fans love it. But other players mostly think it is a boring Skyrim clone for children with outdated gameplay and very bad graphics. But since it is a launch title and also releases on Wii-U, my guess is 3 Mio. Switch and 1 Mio. Wii-U, 4 Mio. total.

Initial sales will be much lower but the Switch version will probably have long legs, provided that the Metascore will be above 80. The fact that they changed the classic and succesful Zelda formula may lead to heavy surprises in the rating department.

Switch's version will sell more because of legs.

Maybe something like 4M on Switch LT, 2M on Wii U.

I've heard the Skyrim thing a few times, and the gamplay part once or twice, but the bad grahics part is new.

The Democratic Nintendo fan....is that a paradox? I'm fond of one of the more conservative companies in the industry, but I vote Liberally and view myself that way 90% of the time?

Wii-U BOW will sell 800k
Switch BOW will sell 5.2 million

Amazing graphic for a portable, crappy for a home console, beautifull art, but all the aliasing was pretty bad to me.
