I'm just walking down small hallway section levels and shooting zombies every now and again. Also, solving stupid puzzles. Does this game pick up for anyone who beaten it?

So it's like old RE games. The best RE games. Just sounds like RE is not for you.

No, this is almsot like that P.T. demo. First person, narrow hallways, and hardly any zombies. I liked RE2 a lot.
So basically like the first Re games?the best RE games.Sounds excellent for me.
My (locked) thread about how difficulty should be a decision for the developers, not the gamers.

P.T. RE7 is RE1 in first person in many ways. Not really like PT at all. In fact RE7 has a lot of Nemesis like aspects with Daddy.

Oh please, the rooms are also very narrow. Not to mention the puzzles are anything special. This may as well been an indie title.

It's more narrow because it's first person. it's first person to give you less sense of surroundings. Much like how tank controls were done on purpose to hinder movement to increase tension. This is a deliberate design. If you were given wide open spaces you can get away much easier thus taking away the scare factor.

I'm not scare because the way the levels are designed. I always expect something around the corner and not suprised by anything. Maybe it will pick up. Just so boring right now for me.
