It's not out yet.
Also the paid online is lame. Nothing else really bothers me yet, though my situation isn't the same as everyone else's I imagine.
Edit: Ah man, Axum beat me to it.

Well 2.5 to 6.5 hours so its on par with the 3DS which people didnt mind for the most part, plus external battery packs are always an option but its your opinion.
The $300 price tag and paid online are the biggest problems in my view, as they will deter more casual gamers who otherwise might have got in on it. The latter in particular could severely dampen Splatoon 2's selling power.

$470 AUD. (Xbox One was as low as $250 AUD over the Holiday period.)
Absolutely terrible 6.2" 720P screen.
Terrible battery life.
No decent launch exclusives. - (Only draw card for me is Zelda which is also dropping on the Wii U.)
Non-removable battery. (I.E. Can't swap it out for a higher capacity one.)
The SoC isn't as powerful as it could be.

My local EB has an Xbox One bundled with a game for $235; half the price of a Switch.

Wow, the last Pokemon game only just came out give it time, heavy rumours point to a new one this holiday anyway and Pokemon games are usually yearly releases.
The Price is all really. Anybody that was expecting a huge battery life on this thing doesn't understand how technology works. Look at the PSVita's battery life. It isn't great either. Now you want a console that runs a game like Breath of the Wild and Skyrim on the go, and you expect it to somehow do wonders in battery life? I mean, take a hint. I think what they have been able to pull off with the system is expected. And keep in mind, this is gameplay alone. Other devices that have tegra x1 chips in them boast up to 10 hours if you're doing normal system functions.
If you expect it to last that long with graphic intensive games that use current gen graphic techniques and effects, again you don't know how this works. And seriously, unless you're a kid at a shitty summer camp with no outlets, how long do you really expect to be away from an outlet of any kind? Battery life just isn't as big as people make it out to be.
The issue is the overpriced console and accessories. If games look even like Wii U games, I'm okay. I care more about if the game is fun or not. Games, I'm sure Switch will get plenty of them. It may not get the newest games from Bethesda, or Activision, Rockstar, etc. but for Japanese support (which I care about most) Switch will inherit that easily.

I've never had a game on 3DS last me three hours, and I play at maximum brightness (though with the save battery life option on). Likewise, I absolutely despised the 3DS battery life, but at least I could do some workarounds to squeeze a bit more of energy.
Telling me to buy more things (on top of Switch's expensive price already) just to make an atrocious battery last longer isn't a solution. It's giving Nintendo a free pass for an absolutely atrocious battery.
