PS4 and Xbox one can under cut the switch by more then $50 next holiday. If yesterday presentation shown us anything is that expect more of the same software release that you had on the WiiU. Sure, they have a new Zelda game at launch but let's be honest here that game should of came out last year on WiiU. None of the third party have any games ready to go. Even Ubisoft seem to have stayed away. Nintendo is still controlling the message but come March 3rd, all the information will be available and the technical issues with the switch will see the light. If the portable version that goes from 1080P to 720P suffer from both lower frame rate and longer load times that will be a major issue. I would advice everyone to not jump in blindly and wait for reviews.

Couldn't agree more. For this price, it's a slightly improved Wii U. They are using the exact same strategy and expecting it to work this time, which is insane. For 300 dollars, it is a weak home console with less games.
For 200 dollars, it would be powerful portable device and a worthy 3DS sucessor. The higher price point removes it from this market. Nintendo sold 60M 3DS and 12M Wii U, they should know better about which one is their main market.
I expect a dockless version for 200 dollars soon.
