That's the other thing. Sony primarily depended on the UC4 bundle, where UC4 is a first party game. There was the FFXV LE bundle, but that thing costed $449, lol. And Sony held off on the Infinite Warfare bundle until the last week of December. In Holidays 2015, Sony was more reliant on 3rd party bundles such as the Black Ops 3 and Star Wars bundles. Based on this information, it's reasonable to infer that SIEA prioritized revenue over sales volume last holiday season.
Fun fact, in the quarter of July through September, Xbox hardware revenue was down YOY by 26%. That was in spite of the XB1 S being in the market for two full months.
