Nothing at launch. But a high install base comprised of core gamers plus a proper 2d or 3d metroid adventure and I'll probably get one in 2-3 years after launch.

I don't see myself buying one at all. Maybe a year or two after it's out and it impresses me

I don't really have the money to buy ports of games I already own.

Is there not a single game you love so much that you want to take it with you wherever you go?

Sad.

I usually play my handhelds at home anyways, so being portable is not really a selling point for me.

Why would I want to take a game with me whereever I go?

If I'm not at home, I'm doing other things; working, socializing, etc. I have no need to play video games away from home.

But now when you're out socialising and drinking wine, you can pull your Switch out and bang, just like that, you're all playing Wii Sports or Just Dance.

Everybody will want to be your friend because you have all the games.

When you're at work, get your co-workers addicted to Mario Kart to hurt their productivity so they get fired and you get the promotion.

Nov 2016 - NES outsells PS1 (JP)

Don't Play Stationary 4 ever. Switch!

Would you get it if it had a great selection of games, but no metroid?

Probably not. I learned my lesson with the Wii U. My PC already has a great selection of games. Metroid might be the only thing to get me to buy a console again (Nintendo or otherwise).

Wow. You seem like hard competition :P

I know MK8/Sm4sh sold me over. Had those games never released, I probably would've skipped the Wii U.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

If anyone can win me back to consoles again, it's probably Nintendo. The 360 was the last console I really enjoyed though, and the Gamecube before that, which was a tie with the SNES as my favourite console of all time.

Yes. A new Metroid might do it. But not at launch.

But I do also want RPGs. And Nintendo games.

What about the Rabbids & Mario RPG.  ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

of course! I want that too lol

NINTENDO

nintendo forever . . .

I will get it by the time Fire Emblem comes out, but if E3 shows me Pokemon and F-Zero, I could be hyped into buying it now.

Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda Muda!!!!

More games. When they finally release Pokemon, FE, AA, SoS, AC, and MH, maybe i'll consider getting one.

For the console itself, i'll wait for "new" + "XL" version. Something with stronger processor, better battery and larger memory
