How do we decide who the winner is profits, weekly sales, hard ware, software? Life time sales to date. In order to pick a winner we need to pick an over all test of one statistics that everyone can agree on. Just saying were winning now doesn't mean your winning. That neglects the past. Only now is Sony catching up. Also the fast majority of money is made on software not hardware.
Love is whats most important.

c'mon guys let it go. you give all sony fans a bad name. I mean, the Wii fanboys, while annoying at times, don't make threads about how the Wii has pwned the other consoles WW for 60-whatever weeks in a row. We all know and accept that the 360 is unlikely to ever outsell the PS3 WW for more than maybe two weeks in a row, so drop the subject

I like these threads. I get to listen to all the people who said the PS3 will be the death of console gaming for Sony, and that Sony could never overcome the obstacles in front of it, come in here and bitch.

But yeah, 18 second places in a row is pretty decent. Not sure what you'd call the Wii's success if outselling the slowest selling console by 20k or so per week is pwning, though. =P

Yup Sony is back! Well both April and May will show who's gonna edge in EU between Wii and PS3, with mario kart vs GTA 4. i think EU will be pretty close between the 2 this yr, and maybe the PS3 might edge out. Good numbers all in all.
We'll have to see Wii numbers in NA though to know the outcome, cuz they've been unpredictable the past few weeks. It's gonna be close
