This is a odd one btw, but was there any news of wiiu sale figures?  Are there still people buying that machine with the end in sight for it? 

Wii U never gets mentioned in the UK anymore. Pricing is terrible for it though, the 32GB is around the same price as PS4 and X1.

Looks like Nintendo are just content to make a bit of profit on any consoles they can shift from now until Switch. And seeing as production has now stopped (or will very soon) I guess there isn't much point in losing money on a big fire sale

OT: Doesn't anyone have black friday numbers for previous pokemon games? Or am I blind and they're already in the thread? Though as this one launched a lot closer to black friday than most I guess the comparison isn't all that useful.

Selling over 50% your main competitor (while he is 30% down) isn't a massacre? We already have sales trend, so should PS4 really needs to be 200% over X1 to say it was a massacre?

Because they posted less than a minute after I did, the same statement applies to them as well.

You can also defend something isn't a massacre while acknowledging the difference between the two is big, since the words have separate definitions and aren't used interchangeably. So no, quoting people who said it wasn't a massacre is not refuting the idea that no one said the difference isn't big.

Errr they started this posting even before I did (discussion over people saying it was or not big, but ok I'll assume you didn't saw).

The thing is they didn't aknowledge anything. They just said it wasn't a massacre or that X1 had a good selling compared to PS4 (even if dropping 30%), no where in those posts they were either congratulating PS sales or saying they were impressive.

Funny that not only me but other 2 or 3 users had the same impression they were belitting the sales, don't you think? But you seemed to took offense from only my quoting to show the direction they were going.
