You know what, you're right. It was uncalled for on my end. Spurge I apologize for my comments about your family and loved ones. It's the Holiday time and it was insensitive of me to say those thing right now. I feel bad, and I apologize for my rude and cruel remarks to you. You're right, we all make mistakes and I hope you bounce back soon.

Sounds odd, guilt by proximity to something stupid, unless you started to do the Goose Step around it while saluting I'm not sure I get what you done wrong really here.

I guess your manager is just a massive Justice loving sensitive man who doesn't want to see symbols of hate in your store.

When you're working and in uniform, you're representing the store and the brand.  Making swastikas in your aisles is something that's going to alienate customers (hopefully) and possibly coworkers.  If this story is true, and he's a manager, the company can be liable for creating a hostile work environment (which is illegal).  If a customer or a coworker complains, it's an issue for the company. 

But, beyond all of that, if you have an employee who, while being paid to work, is doing stupid shit like building a swastika, or watching someone build a swastika, you're probably not going to want them anyway.  You know?

Edit:  I'm dubious of this story, but if someone had time to do this on black friday weekend, when there were surely hundreds of productive things to be done, then probably not a model employee.

It reminds me of that guy who got fired because he was showcasing a new feature to in a car he was selling. The feature was that the car can read the sms out loud when you get them. And so the message he received was his collegue asking him if he was smoking that joint
