ZHEROS offers 2 play local co-op.
no shooters at all? Not even something like Plants vs. Zombies Garden Warfare 2 or Resident Evil Revelations 2 or Portal 2 (via BC)?
There have never been many co-op games with a campaign outside of shooters.
Ark survival evolved is on sale now (2 player spli)t or borderlands 2 (with 4 player split)
so ark is hard to get in but later it makes a lot of fun
PvZ Garden Warfare 2 (its a shooter but still very fun and light hearted)
Happy Wars is a favorite. If you feel like a co op dungeon crawler Happy Dungeons is a good game too. Otherwise I think the Rare Replay has lots of old school games that can co op like Battle Toads and RC Pro Am.
With the wife we use to play a lot of peggle with BC and peggle 2... Also might and magic: Clash of heroes with BC also...
Don't know if splatter is on BC but that one was fun also with her....

Don't say it too loud. My wife just got over her legs Peggle addiction. We don't want a relapse!
