Graphics have issues consistening of bad frames and pop ins. He doesn't like the voice acting of the game, and finds that the gameplay is button mashing. I honestly could not watch all of it, because I am in a call with people.

This will mark the first time in my life that I have no interest in a mainline Final Fantasy game. That makes me very sad.

It happens, it is the first time, where I am going in pessimistic into final fantasy game. Believe it or not, I was some what optimistic with 13.

He says that you can button mash everything. And the camera is horrible in his perception (even more than Star Ocean 5)

But that was just 1 hour of playing the game. Maybe that will change, but I seriously doubt it now.

It's just the first hour! If you have played more FF games you know, you can win all the fights the first few hours by just pressing "attack" over and over and use a potion once in a while.

I have a Pro and I hated that demo. I'm pretty sure I'm still going to buy it out if force of habit but really did suck. Felt like Kingdom Hearts without the heart.

Same. FFXV is the first FF game where Im not expecting much.

Open world elements + action combat hack n slash button nightmare, are not what I want in a FF game.

my expectations has been low since the director switch, still going to platinum trophy it though. it's going to be like one of those bad dates where you just have to keep on at it to appreciate the good in it.
