Forums - Gaming Discussion - Switch can play every 4K Scorpio/PS4 Pro game above 720p. Basic maths.

Geekbench ain't a good indicator for the performance of a video game system... its focus is on other calculations than game graphics and physics.

GFX-Bench's T-Rex benchmark is ancient and uses the outdated OpenGL ES 2.0 instead of OpenGL ES 3.1 or Apple's "Metal".

The two most demanding GPU-tests (and most similar to game console's demands) are Futuremarks "Slingshot Extreme Unlimited" and GFX-Bench's "Car Chase" benchmarks.

Unfortunately even the newest iOS-devices still don't support the Car Chase benchmark.

I'm quite sure the Switch would have a very hard time running FF XV at 720p. But yeah, World of Final Fantasy (which is great, by the way!) could be ported. 😄

Haha but I heard you have to push cars for two hours and fight monsters for three days. Is that true? #BlameConan
