Something in between. I can appreciate all games from all companies, I own various consoles from several manufacturers, I can agree to dissagree in most cases. While I will never understand the appeal of sandbox games and FPS, even after having played quite a bunch, I would never diss it's fans. To each their own is what I like to think. But on the other hand, Nintendo is my favorite gaming company of all time and will always be. I can agree the most with what Nintendo practices and offers. They are the one company that doesn't make me feel ripped off when I buy their stuff. They care much more about the games than about pure profit and they are pushing the industries' limits much further than the others who just go for a more-is-always-better approach. Their games are what I like the most in the whole gaming landscape. And I really feel like Nintendo gets way too much shit thrown at them for either unfair reasons or for minor bullshit that gets blown out of proportion. So I defend them if I find some ignorant and stupid nonsense coming from the haters.

I don't think it's as simple as fan or fanboy, there's varying degrees of fanboyism. There's those that are so insanely biased they lose all common sense and are positive about their chosen platform beyond reason, then there are certainly those that aren't quite so unreasonable, but still would never tell them to "feck off"

I view myself as a PlayStation & Nintendo fan, I can be harsh on Nintendo, because they deserve it.

Nintendo, I think. Not 100% sure if it was you, but I think you once stated that if you have a wiiu/pc combo you don't need anything else. As a Sony fan, I couldn't disagree more.

When it comes to games, I'm just a fan. I tend to prefer Sony consoles over Microsoft, but other than that I play wherever the hell I want to. I like PC gaming a lot and I love Nintendo consoles. I won't defend any of those companies, but I also don't hate any of them. I like good jokes in this regard however. It's just sad that so many people get really pissed just because someone is joking a little about some company. But, yeah, whatever.

I want to say I'm a fan but all I've ever had was Playstation consoles, and I want Sony to be the Biggest and Best Company  so I am a fanboy.

I love games. Not just gaming..but all things surrounding it. In fact I think I love discussing games more than actually playing them hehe. With that said. I Love Nintendo, I have over 800 physical Nintendo games at home.. so I guess that makes me a fanboy. But I dont agree with your description of it. I am also a big critic of theirs, but in the end I still support them for good or bad.

For my PS4 I only buy games I really want to play, for my Nintendo consoles.. I tend to buy everything I want to play and everything that I come over at a good price.

I have noticed that some of the females have an....odd look to them. Some are quite beatultiful. Like Ms. Park in Yakuza 5. The men are more consistant in their looks though. Hmmm. It's way too early to be talking about the attrctiveness of video game characters. Sega's still ok in my book.
