The thing I think is utterly stupid is that after Negan is defeated, instead of Rick executing Negan immediately (which would be the only logical choice), he lets him live. Just bad writing.

I stopped watching the show years ago, but if they follow this with the comics, LOL whatever. Dumb.

I'm out. Unbelievable.

The PS5 Exists.

The thing with Rick and his son's arm, reminds me of the Christian god who made Abraham play with his son's life just to make Abraham demonstrate obedience:

“Don’t kill your son or hurt him in any way. Now I can see that you do respect and obey God. I see that you are ready to kill your son, your only son, for me.”

I'm seeing Negan as God from now on.

Nintendo is selling their IPs to Microsoft and this is true because:

It was brutal haha, left me with a bad taste. Had to watch stupid stuff on the internet to let the feeling go

Very well done

I tell you what is interesting; watching reactions to the first episode on Youtube. I've watched 5 so far and everyone one of them have left off the most harrowing scene at the end when Rick is told to cut his son's arm off. It shows me that only violence and gore is what shakes people now and more cerebral dread or foreboding doesn't cut it. We're supposed to be inside Rick's head at that moment, faced with the absolute truth of the situation and feeling the inevitability of that final blow. We finally see Rick dismantled before the very people he has lead throughout the whole series, a strong man reduced to a wretched man. An absolutely stunning scene overlooked for two scenes of overt violence.

It is sort of weird how that scene is completely overlooked. It had me literally shaking, which is something this show had never done before. The fact that Rick was absolutely going to cut off his own son's hand for the man who just killed two of his closest friends actually did a better job driving home just how hopeless their situation is than the deaths themselves did.

I thought i was done with the show after that pathetic cliffhanger last season, but maybe I'll stick around for just a bit longer... Maybe....

I dont really think the cliffhanger itself was bad, it was the waiting 6 months to find out is what most people hated about it. If it ended like that in the second to last episode, I think people would like the cliffhanger more since they would only have to wait a week.

Really well done. One of the show's best episodes which has me totally on board again.

But Negan is the best thing in the comics, now!
