Idk bruh. I can show you 2 seasons and a movie that says otherwise. Can I see 2 seasons, 1 movie and a figma of your god? Exactly...

Actually the minimum requirements for a god are at least 3 movies.

Eh, I would say minimum requirements for a god would be at least 20 manga volumes :P

Also, y u pick chibi varient and not the good variert?

I've said it before and I'll say it again. At least keep anything non-gaming off the front page hot topics.

I don´t see it like that. My last thread on that had nothing but smart well made comments from everyone, christians, muslins, atheists and even antitheists.
We can talk about whatever we want, as long as we talk in a interesting and respectful manner.
When someone goes too out of line, just ban him. I have being banned 3 times in the last 6 months, and I was indeed out of line in each of these bannings.
I like to think I learned from this experiences and, specially, from having instant sincere answers from people in here in hard to talk issues.
It is a unique oportunity to be able to talk with americans, israelis, saudis, russians, french, canadians, brazilians, in a matter of hours.
It only enriches us as people and I think there is no subject more important than the very meaning of life. So, I love to read atheists comments, as well muslins and my fellow brothers in Christ, of course.
For some people talking about religion or lack thereof is very disturbing, I just love it. Half of the books I read are philosophy and christian apologetics, so to me it is a very entertaining type of discussion.
The key is not to get offended, people´s opinion is not a attack on you, it is just how they feel. It does not mean they do not like you or anything.
In the end we all here have a big thing in common, our love for video games. It is fun that we are so different outside of this hobby we have.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

You all thought this was gonna be MY thread huh?!?!

I wouldn't be surprised if you made a post with this title. Make it about how OP the DLC characters are :P

Would be a real shame if all people who are offended by atheist comments would leave the forum immediately.

Would you mind explaining what you meant by that?

In my opinion, your original post was very civilized. However, it seems as though any conversation will go downhill quite quickly the minute you mention the 'taboo' words. Examples are:

-feminism

-politics

-religion

-Work/school

-etc.

it's not to say that anyone who mentions it is automatically a troll or wants to start an argument. In this case, you brought forward a reasonable and respectful post about religion. That's completely fine. Unfortunately, most people are very defensive and will feel the need to act childish and immature when discussing these topics. They'll make personal insults, be as stubborn as a rock, and make you wonder why you even tried talking to them.

As long as the moderators can prevent these types of people from attacking religious threads, I'm fine with them. They make great conversations which are thrown under the bus.

12/22/2016- Made a bet with Ganoncrotch that the first 6 months of 2017 will be worse than 2016. A poll will be made to determine the winner. Loser has to take a picture of them imitating their profile picture.

How ironic. The person that makes the most controversial threads on VGChartz is asking others to stop. Point being, we need to make this site about video games and entertainment. Get fucking politics out of here. Get fucking religion out of here. Let's make this website what it was supposed to be.

I used to make controversial threads, but I stopped. I even said how I was a dumbass for wasting my time by making controversial threads that had nothing to do with gaming. Seems as though the original post flew over your head. Maybe if you didn't skim through and went straight to criticizing me, you'd understand my explanation.

Non-gaming threads are fine, but they're nothing but a waste of everyone's time(and damaging to the website) if they simply cause issues and trolls to appear. Look at the threads I listed. They're all locked, which shows why we need to stop trollish threads.

Also, is there a reason as to why you always disagree with me on every thread I've ever made or commented on? Do you hate me? Do you simply like to disagree for the sake of disagreeing? I'd like to know.

I didn't skip over anything. It's just very, very ironic that of all people, you would be the one calling for a stop. I don't care about what you've apologized for. You are a large part of the reason this site has taken a turn for the worse.

I bet the Wii U would sell more than 15M LTD by the end of 2015. He bet it would sell less. I lost.

we need a flaming section.

EDIT: For those saying I hate free speech or want to ban anything non-gaming related, that is not even close to what I said. Simply put, I expressed a dislike for the trollish religious threads that have been appearing recently. Instead of just giving the ban hammer to everything, I thought it'd be worth pointing this issue out and seeing if there's any valid solution

People are actually saying this?! This does NOT come across at all in your text! Nothing can be interpreted as such in what you have written. People wanna read what they wanna read, that's it. If this is what they get from your text, it's all in their mind. Is a figment of their imagination.

I agree 110% with the OP! I guess it's me you're refereing too when you say people wanna leave this site due to all the religious threads, and it's true; I'm really sick and tired of them. There's been too many of them in to short a time. And most of them are really, really dumb.

I'm on Twitter @DanneSandin!

Furthermore, I think VGChartz should add a "Like"-button.

religion isnt a very grey area. you either have your beliefs and will defend them at all costs or you really couldnt care less. personally i feel mass religions need to die off and they solely exist as a way of coping with the idea that one day you will die. but it doesnt really help. one day we will all die and there will be nothing after that. we exist so that others after us can also exist. believing in a god, an afterlife, anything, wont change that

How does this harm anyone though?

What is so bad believing that it be nice to exist beyond your normal life on earth? If it helps someone cope with their life and deal with death then who are we to judge?
