Holy shit. I actually correctly predicted an XB1 win, though granted I was off by a lot: http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/thread.php?id=220450&page=3

Made a bet with LipeJJ and HylianYoshi that the XB1 will reach 30 million before Wii U reaches 15 million. Loser has to get avatar picked by winner for 6 months (or if I lose, either 6 months avatar control for both Lipe and Hylian, or my patrick avatar comes back forever).

The "mistake" of both of them allowing ANY CE (rockband for target, and The recore CE for amazon) really got attention.

So even after those "mistakes" were fix all that attention is probably what did it. Good for them.

Doubt it won them the month; Amazon still showed the PS4 ahead. Plus the $299 price-cut should've won the PS4 for the month (at least according to most people). I'm just happy the XB1 won, and that I predicted it correctly :).
