Forums - Gaming - What do you call people that just play the same games?. like forever!.

I call them "some of your friends"

“It appeared that there had even been demonstrations to thank Big Brother for raising the chocolate ration to twenty grams a week. And only yesterday, he reflected, it had been announced that the ration was to be reduced to twenty grams a week. Was it possible that they could swallow that, after only twenty-four hours? Yes, they swallowed it.”

I don't call them anything. They can play whatever they want..

yeah I guess boring fits quite well.

I have too much stuff to play to even think about playing a game online for 20+ hours. Also don't see the point in replaying games multiple times (more than twice). I play, enjoy, complete them and the onto the next. Too much great stuff out there that wants and deserves to be played.

Sounds like gamers enjoying their hobby.

l <---- Do you mean this glitch Gribble?  If not, I'll keep looking.

I am on the other side of my sig....am I warm or cold?

Marco....

Unitaskers? I dunno man, they say variety is the spice of life, and I'd die of boredom focusing exclusively on one or two single titles for too long.

I have lost count of the amount of times I've played the 3rd gen Pokemon games. Or Megaman Zero 4. Or Fire Emblem The Sacred Stones and Blazing Sword. They are great games, and because I can put a GBA emu everywhere nowadays, I play them frequently. They are just great games, and they stood the test of time really well.

You know it deserves the GOTY.

Lets remember that these are games. When someone finds a game he likes he tends to play it a lot. Would it be weird if I wanted to play Settlers of Catan with my friends every time they came over? Or would I be expected to produce a new board game every week?

It was the impression i got from the description you wrote. Also there is a way to break the drones signal :) you can get them to enter a hipnotic state buy playing a loop of the coin sound from mario games, once that is acomplished you can reprogram them :P

Lol i muat try that next time im around. Going to stick it on my phone lol xD.

They may resist but be persistent ;)

I'd call them married.
