Forums - Politics - Lou Dobbs: Leaked Emails Show Hillary's Lying About "Everything She Says"

Aha, I got it.

Hillary is a duplicitous liar for the greater good. In fact, she is a Christ-like figure who sacrificed her pristine morals and integrity and turned into the incompetent, reckless, irresponsible, excuse for a human because she really cares about 'us' and she's protecting us from things that are way too complicated for us to figure out. But she does. Seriously, she has all these accomplisments such us... I don't know. I'm sure she accomplished a lot. Mostly compromising her integrity and lying all her life and even agreeing to get rich by delivering half a million dollars 20-minute speeches to the bad people of Wall Street who deserve to prosper.

By the way, I am sure, she didn't really mean it when she said that her lifelong obsession was to make sure that the Wall Street rich people are prosperous and well rewarded for their good works. She really did it for the rest of us. Because she's fighting for us. Very, very hard. And if you don't agree with her prinvate position, she has a public position which is the exact opposite so pick the one you feel comfortable with. Okay?

Well, if it's a little confusing is because most of us are not sophisticated enough to understand how hard she works and fights for us. Which proves her point that we must be shileded from the complicated reality and Hillary is our shield. And if protecting us invloves a little cheating, or maybe destroying a couple of countries or even go to WW3 with Russia, it's Okay because she's a steady leader who knows excactly what she's doing even though it may appear that she's only in it for the power and the money.

All these damage control threads by Trump supporters are unintentially hilarious.

Im from Ireland so i dont really care who becomes the USA president. However just that someone is bringing a Hillary thread to this forum doesnt mean they support trump. You can be anti trump and anti hillary ya know the is no line that you must be one or the other.

I don't normally follow politics myself. I don't like either candidate, even if it looks like I support Hillary. It's not that I support her, it's just I absolutely will not tolerate Trump in office. And, unfortunately, she is the only alternative that will have a chance against him

I believe that most of us are going to vote 'the lesser evil' and it's sad.

I probably disagree with Trump 80% of the time but I'm old enogh to have lived through the Clintons' previous 8 years of uninterrupted scandals, corruption and 24/7 spin and I am afraid that Hillary, out of incompetence and stupidty is going to drag us into something terrible such as a hot war with Russia and/or China. At BEST, she will just keep going with the corrupt, disfunctional order that BJ Clinton, DoubleCrap Bush and peace-loving O'Bomba have presided over.

Trump may a terrible person but he's less likely to start a big war and I don't believe he is a 100% sellout to Wall Street and the rich and powerful the way the Clintons are. So he's the lesser evil to me.

Isn't it sad that the worst democrate candidate ever is still the best choice?

We really don't know ow that cause we don't know what she really wants to do as president. Everything she says is a lie. She could want to start WW3 would that still make her the best?

Isn't it sad that all people forget about Jill Stein, Gary Johnson and Gloria La Riva, way better choices than the two of the big parties?

Presidents don't mean shit. That's the American's worst problem. They don't get that they don't vote for a person but a whole party and its ideology. It's just entertainment for them marveling in the tiniest scandals that don't mean shit when the person is actually president. What counts is the party's policies that the candidates will follow. Hillary won't do anything against her party's approval and neither will Trump.

Frankly, it does not mean a single thing what the candidates say or do during or before their campaign. They're just the poster puppets of their party.

Hillary is an empty shell that will do anything that gets her approval from her party and followers. That's why she's presidential. While Trump is a complete moron that will embarrass the US for decades to come. So yes, Hillary and with her the democratic party is the only correct thing to choose.

Of course the better thing would be to vote for a 3rd party but Americans neither know or care about what democracy is about so that will never happen.

The level of spin on this little thread is A-Mazing.

And, no. Not ALL politicians have public positions that are the exact opposite of their private positions. However, this does seem to be the case with Hillary. Here's her PRIVATE position in a PRIVATE speech she gave some banksters after being paid a few hundred thousand.

"*Clinton: As Senator, “I Represented And Worked With” So Many On Wall Street And “Did All I Could To Make Sure They Continued To Prosper”"

______________________________________

NOTE: the above are Hillary's own words, not Fox propaganda or Lou Dobbs interpretation. This is Hillary at her most 'private'.

That's kind of out of context.  Here is the full line...

"But even thought I represented them and did all I could to make sure they continued to prosper, I called for closing the carried interest loophole and addressing skyrocketing CEO pay."

That certainly seems less sinister now, doesn't it?  And if we take the full paragraph...

" When I was a Senator from New York, I represented and worked with so many talented principled people who made their living in finance. But even thought I represented them and did all I could to make sure they continued to prosper, I called for closing the carried interest loophole and addressing skyrocketing CEO pay. I also was calling in '06, '07 for doing something about the mortgage crisis, because I saw every day from Wall Street literally to main streets across New York how a well-functioning financial system is essential. So when I raised early warnings about early warnings about subprime mortgages and called for regulating derivatives and over complex financial products, I didn't get some big arguments, because people sort of said, no, that makes sense. But boy, have we had fights about it ever since.”

I'm not seeing anything damning here.  Do you?

Haha. That was hilarious. People talking about spin and then taking a quote completely out of context. thanks for the rest of it.

isnt america lucky with this election? seriously, it seems like every week something pops up about either trump or hilary that could seriously make someone not vote for them.

Just shows me that she will go against her personal beliefs to vote for the right thing. She is putting the country ahead of her own beliefs which is nothing but proper politics.
