Milo loves to be as offensive as possible. There are some things I agree with him on, but there are a handful of opinions that I disagree with a lot such as fat shaming.

OT: The alt-right used to be defined as right-wing people who are opposed to neoconservatism, which includes white nationalists who want an ethnostate, but not necessarily only comprised of those people. Right libertarians would also fit in the alt-right definition. However, nowadays, the most prominent people of the alt-right are white nationalists/supremacists.
