Yahh things never get delayed, its so surprising when something in the games industry gets delayed lol. We so not used to delays.

Seeing as home is up and running on my PS3, the potential for it is huge all they need to do is tie in games like GT (Kaz already said it will be) and you got instant success. Most that doubt home are ignorant about it or just simply wii/60 fanboys scared of its potential.

Theres nothing like racing GT online then arguing some dude in GT home about what just happened. i cant wait to start all the Lexus is better then BMW or Benz arguments.

So home is for bragging?

i see it as a high teck place for shiet talking, after you done back into the game and so on.

I can only imagine what the clans will do, just casue the game is over does not mean the fight is.

 Actually, I think the opposite: most people that think Home will be the second coming are the ignorant fanboys.

All it is is a supped up XBL Dashboard that doesn't things nearly as well for the most part.  The thing that is going to bother most people is that it is going to slow (as in you have to walk or warp from location to location to do anything) and people just aren't going to like that. 

Just about everyone that has a PS3 will download it and fiddle with it and it will be popular for about two months, but people are quickly going to get tired of having to walk to your apartment to play a game, walk to theater to watch a movie, walk to someone else's apartment to see their trophies, and so on.

XBL does things so much better by simply making a simple set of tabs and an easily quantifiable Gamescore rather than an overly complicated system that people aren't going to want to deal with.  That's why I think the people who call Home the second coming are just plain silly.

And yeah, with the problems that I've been hearing about, I wouldn't doubt a 2009 release date which is pretty silly since they've apparently been working on it since 2005.

I don´t care if its delayed since I can´t use it anyway but still, you get to talk about games (like we are here) and play people online (like we do allready) so I don´t get were all the potential is... I don´t want to be a Wiii60 fanboy but until someone gives me some impressive info about home I refuse to be impressed... or "scared of its potential" as you sayed.

 I am quickly realizing how much I am not a hardcore gamer.  You guys take this stuff way too seriously.  

I just want Home for its (extravagant and overly-superfluous) party system. It will be so much easier to play with friends when I can grab a bunch of them, go to my homespace, and start a game with them right then and there.

That and the devspaces look cool. Free 2D Uncharted sidescroller? Count me in.

If anything, that makes it less appealing to me. I need is a room full of punk kids telling me how they pwned like a hole in the head.
