PS3 continues to outsell 360 in Europe despite price drop!

vgchartz.com — Xbox360 sales have almost doubled in the past two weeks in Europe, but this is still not enough to put it ahead of PS3 which also saw a rise in readiness for the release of GT5 Prologue next week. PS3 has outsold Xbox360 every week now in 2008.

I expect PS3 to be at 150k in OTHERS, it seems 100k was the minimum.

Also, its sad to say the 360 is looking like a japan scenerio in that region.

not surprising considering GTP launch was near the drop in price

 yeah but thats besides the point. That was Ms's dumb move

GT5P was not part of the week these numbers were recorded though, you have to consider something else might have increased sales.

So people are buying PS3's the week before GT5:P is released in anticipation for it? Come on, GT5 maybe, but not the prologue.

M$ under-estimated it

remember an MS REP said in an interview about the Halo Mods on Ps3 that

PLAYSTATION HAS NO GAMES!

And they continued to believe that, under-estimated Gran Turismo...n now they're at the bottom...again

I think MS was trying to get major easter sales with their drop...

Looks like PS3 will beat 360 in at least 2 of the major areas of gaming. America... it could go either way...
